TMC Civil Consulting is led by Principal Engineer Thomas Coulthurst, who brings over 10 years of industry experience across state and local government infrastructure programs in NSW and Queensland. His project portfolio spans flood recovery, road rehabilitation, and major capital works, with involvement in projects ranging from $100M to $1.2B.

Thomas combines regional insight with strong delivery capability, providing hands-on leadership and technical oversight to ensure outcomes are on time, on budget, and fit for purpose.
